I am Jake Deitchler, a Minnesota native, husband, father, and former Olympic wrestler. I started Ultima Exteriors on the same discipline and grit that took me to the Olympic stage, because homeowners deserve a contractor who tells them the truth.
My team brings over 50 years of combined experience across residential and commercial roofing. We earn trust through integrity, deliver real craftsmanship, and treat every roof like it is on our own home. When you work with Ultima, you get a neighbor, not a national chain.

No. Paying or rebating a homeowner's insurance deductible is illegal in Minnesota under Minn. Stat. 325E.66. Any contractor who offers to do this is breaking the law and signaling how they do business.
We respond the same business day to inspection requests, and we offer emergency tarping to stop active leaks while your claim and repairs are arranged.
